A Night of Connections and Fresh Perspectives

The event brought hotel general managers, hotel service teams, and rising stars together to celebrate the milestone and recognise their performance.

We were especially delighted to see one of our clients, Anna Wadcock, General Manager at Maldron Hotel Newcastle, also a Co-Chair of NEHA, share how our hotel robot W3 helped her team’s success.

“Since we introduced the ButlerBot W3, there has been a 100% uplift in room service revenues. It handles 90–95% of the room service orders. It literally covered the cost of the robot very quickly.”

Our team also showcased a service robot, Ketty and a cleaning robot, C30, to show how innovative robots can help automate hotel operations.
